The Bone Yard - Jefferson Bass Okay, so the narrative at times got kind of boring... I get the feeling the author is kind of teaching us as we read, and the way he does it gets kind of dry, but what he is teaching is so fascinating that I got wrapped up in it, despite the dryness of the 'tone', so to speak.

And the story was compelling...very much so.

I can't say I'll ever read this book again, but I'll definitely check out more by the author. So despite the fact that book got a little meh at times, I couldn't real stop reading it...I needed to know where it was going, and I wanted to see if the characters got closure, etc, etc.

All in all, a pretty compelling book.
